At Hub Ned, we have shaped a coworking space where people feel comfortable, creative, and productive. It’s a space where people feel part of the Hub Ned community – a community of motivated, hard-working and conscientious individuals. It’s a group that thrives on getting the job done and is always curious to learn more.

Hub Ned is located in a new, state-of-the-art 22,000 sq ft multi-use commercial building right in the heart of downtown Nederland. We are home to a variety of local businesses, independent professionals, entrepreneurs, wellness practitioners, and artists. Our building is eco-friendly and features 100% LED lighting, high-efficiency heating and cooling, low-flow water fixtures, R60 insulation, Fiber Optic Internet, 22 skylights, 6 large decks, and a back-up generator so you can keep working during a power outage.

Hub Ned is a collection of several different spaces housed within the same building. The Hub Ned community room is a 2,000 sq ft space with abundant natural lighting and a variety of seating/workspace options with blazing fast internet, outdoor balconies looking over town and Barker Reservoir, professional printing capabilities, and a modern break area which is shared by all members. There are two conference rooms that can be booked by members, a phone booth room that can be used to make extended calls or hold a teleconference in private, and a large shared office with 24/7 access and dedicated desks.

All members have access to internet/Wi-Fi, coffee and tea, snacks, balconies, and common areas.
